Ethics in Practice:

This training session is intended to assist personnel identified by the Colorado POST Central Mountain Training Region in strengthening ethical decision-making, accountability, and professionalism, while reinforcing the impact these principles have on individual rights and public trust. This process is conducted through the use of guided discussions and relevant exercises.

Emotional Intelligence: 

This training session is intended to assist personnel as identified by Colorado POST Central Mountain Training Region, in connecting the links between the professional service, personal growth, and emotional intelligence skills. Through discussions and relevant exercises, participants will travel through the topic with a guided exploration of the four pillars of Emotional Intelligence.
